    One-on-one sessions - exploring Matrescence; the transition to becoming a mother.

    Emotional regulation tools, breathing, mindfulness, polyvagal theory and vagal nerve exercises.

    Sensory Modulation Therapy
    Techniques to help regulate sensory experiences and manage anxiety/ depression.

  • We provide support for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, helping them to navigate this significant life transition with confidence and care:

    Perimenopause/ Menopause Counselling
    Individual sessions to address the emotional and psychological challenges of menopause.

    Lifestyle Coaching
    Guidance on nutrition, movement, lifestyle changes and sleep education, to manage menopausal symptoms.

  • We offer support for women experiencing nervous system challenges, including Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).

    FND Counselling
    Individual sessions to address the emotional and psychological challenges of FND.

    Sensory Modulation Therapy
    Techniques to help regulate sensory experiences and manage symptoms of FND, ASD, and ADD in females.

    Somatic Therapy
    Therapeutic exercises to improve motor function and reduce symptoms.

  • We provide specialised psychosocial services for women experiencing chronic pain, helping them manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life:

    Pain Counselling
    Individual sessions to address the emotional and psychological and bio-psychosocial impact of pelvic/ chronic pain.

    Education on Neuroscience of Pain
    Individual sessions that provide education on the neuroscience of pain, helping women understand how pain is produced and develop strategies for managing chronic pain.
